Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Returns only apply for unworn and unused items. Merchandise received past 14 days will not be accepted.
We’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, it must be unused and unworn.
- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at official@fenryan.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import taxes that may apply when sending the item back to us.No other charges apply.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
